The project is to cost the Group about &#163;7m. The new distribution centre is coming up in the <st1:PlaceName w:st="on">Dearne</st1:PlaceName> <st1:PlaceType w:st="on">Valley</st1:PlaceType> near <st1:PlaceName w:st="on">Brookfields</st1:PlaceName> <st1:PlaceType w:st="on">Park</st1:PlaceType> in <st1:place w:st="on">Rotherham</st1:place>. The company has an expertise in the production of valves, taps, and fittings, and with this hub coming up in <st1:place w:st="on">South Yorkshire</st1:place>, the company has reinforced its commitment towards the region. </P>  <P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p> </o:p></P>  <P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt">Ian Howarth, financial director of the company, said that with the steelwork structure for the centre in place, it is now easy for people in the area to visualize the real structure nearing completion. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A newcomer to the world of investments in the notion of &#8220;<a href="http://www.FreeRealEstateTraining.com/400/instant-internet-domination/">Virtual Real Estate Investing</a>&#8220;.  There are many variations on what this term means, encompassing everything from using the internet to aid in real estate investing efforts to participating in online games such as SecondLife.  </p>
<p>  In order to figure out the truth of the matter, I sought out <a href="http://twitter.com/BryanEllis">Bryan Ellis of BryanEllis.com</a>, whose experience in the fledgling industry is truly impressive.  </p>
<p>  &#8220;I began using the term &#8216;virtual real estate investing&#8217; in the late 1990&#8217;s when I realized the clear similiarities in profit strategies, regardless of whether the &#8220;real estate&#8221; is &#8220;virtual&#8221; or &#8220;physical&#8221; said Ellis.  </p>
<p>  An example of the similar nature of &#8220;virtual&#8221; and &#8220;physical&#8221; real estate Bryan Ellis likes to point out is the methods of making a profit from domain names compared to physical real estate.  He points out that control of a domain name or even a specific web page is much like controlling a real estate property &#8221; those assets can be monetized in similar ways:  By selling them for a profit, by leasing them, by offering advertising, etc.  </p>
<p>  I must admit:  Its easy to see the parallels.  Consider:  A valuable piece of real estate is valuable largely due to the interest that other people have in that specific location.  Similarly, ownership of a desirable domain name is valuable for the same reasons.  So it doesn&#8217;t matter if you own physical real estate or virtual real estate &#8211; you&#8217;ll likely use similar strategies to turn them into money in your pocket.  </p>
<p>  In our next installment of this series on virtual real estate investing, <a href="http://www.BryanEllis.com">Bryan Ellis</a> will share the internet analogies to the physical concept of real estate development.</p>

<p>If you really want to play and enjoy the game, then do yourself a big favor.</p>
<p>Take Some Lessons!</p>
<p>You have several choices when it comes to lessons.</p>
<p>A.	You can find a friend who is really good, and go out for some one on one help.</p>
<p>B.	Find a local Pro and spend a few dollars.  Most of them will video your swing And help you adjust it so you can play without being embarrassed.</p>
<p>C.	Read all the golf magazines and watch the golf channel. Buy some videos.</p>
<p>D.	Plunk down the cash and go to a golf school for some serious training.</p>
<p>Whichever option you choose to pursue, the most important thing is to learn from your lesson, especially if you are paying someone. Pay attention to what you taught. As soon as possible  you need to go to a driving range and practice your new swing or stance.  Even the pros that you watch on TV spend a lot of time at the practice tee.</p>
<p>Your golf experience will be more enjoyable when you can go down the fairway not side to side. The more you practice and play the better you will get at the game.</p>
