The hotel is located in the exclusive Lignano Riviera area, in a comfortable, central but peaceful, position, at only 200 meters from the seaside, not far from the Thermae, the Parco Zoo, and the shopping centres of Lignano Pineta and Riviera.

The bedrooms, positioned on 3 storeys, are all provided with private services – with shower and hair dryer, balcony, direct telephone, heating system, air conditioning with individual regulation, colour SAT TV, refrigerator and safe.

Starting early morning, to give the day a good start, all guests are proposed a rich "American style" buffet breakfast, for all standards.
While for lunch and dinner thanks to the careful attention of your host, in a warm or climatized dining hall, according to the season, the cuisine allows yu to taste the dishes of our regional and Adriatic recipes, with a large daily menu, and with the best typical local wines and a salad bar.

One thing we are very proud of is the hotel swimming pool, one of the largest and most beautiful pools in Lignano, with whirlpool area and an equipped sunbathing area, an ideal oasis for your relax.

Meaning to propose you a nice thing, about thirty bycicles are at our guests’ disposal to easily reach the amusement parks, such as Gommosi, Parco Zoo, and "Golf Club Lignano", the "Marina Uno" docks, or the shopping centres of Lignano Riviera or Pineta and, let’s not forget, one not less important thing: the Thermae.
On the beautiful beach of Lignano Riviera, the hotel provides you with a cabin and with a private area for each room, beach umbrellas, small beds, and deck-chairs, all included in the price.
The entire complex disposes of a small but pretty hall with 16 hours reception, of a TV room with games for all ages, of a bar with outdoor covered balcony, elevator, and of a garden with a playground area, equipped for our young guests.

A fax service and a car park, protected by cameras, complete the hotel. If previously agreed upon, the hotel can also host pets of small size. Several public utility services can be found in the nearby neighbourhoods.
