The Bible says, “Without faith, it is impossible to please God,
for he who comes to God must believe that He is God, and a
rewarder of those who diligently seek Him” (Hebrews 11:6).

Therefore, expectation is the key to receiving from God when you
pray. Jesus said in Mark 11:24, “Whatsoever things you desire
when you pray, believe you receive them and you shall have
them.”

Believe you receive when you pray! What good does it do to pray
without expecting to receive? You might as well not pray at all,
for faith is required to receiving what you desire.

Surely, God will do His part when we pray, but we must also do
our part. Our part is simply to believe. So many people are busy
asking God, but never really believing what they are praying for
will come to pass. You can tell by the way they talk, or act.

Most people have been raised to not believe in a positive
outcome concerning anything, and actually, taught to believe in
a negative outcome. It’s a safety mechanism that says, “Don’t
get your hopes up, so if it doesn’t work out, you won’t be
disappointed.”

There’s no logic in that because you will be disappointed
anyway. Now, it’s normal to feel disappointment. It’s what you
do with the feelings of disappointment that’s important, but
that’s another subject.

Believing in a positive outcome is vital to our success. If we
could only believe that God has our best interest in mind and
simply trust that everything will work out, we would see great
results. Life would change in ways we’d never thought possible.
But, most people just can’t believe things will workout for
them. They look at past results and judge their future based on
their past.

It’s a fact that the best predictor of future behavior, is past
behavior. The good news is, that your behavior is a choice. Your
past does not have to equal your future! Just change your
expectations and have faith.

James 2:20 tells us that “Faith without works is dead,” which
means “faith” is an action word. The word “faith” in Webster’s
Dictionary is also translated as “belief.” So, believing is an
action. And, it really doesn’t take any more effort to believe,
than to not believe. It’s just an attitude.

It’s been said that if you truly believe in something (having
faith that it will happen), then it really will happen. A lot of
people don’t completely accept that, but the Bible is clear;
what you believe is what you get. Jesus said in Matthew 9:29,
“According to your faith, let it be done unto you.”

He didn’t say we would see the manifestation of our prayers
immediately. We must keep believing and not waver, “For a man
who wavers is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and
tossed. Let not that man think that he shall receive anything of
the Lord” (James 1:6-7).

Expectation is the key to receiving from God when you pray! If
you are not going to expect God to act, then don’t pray at all.
It’s ineffective and displeases Him when you don’t believe.
Remember, Hebrews 11:6 says, “Without faith, it is impossible to
please God.”

God will do His part when you pray, but only if, you do your
part, and that is simply to believe.

Medical institutions around the world have concluded that cigarette smoking is related to many health problems. A recent study showed that smokers have a very high risk of acquiring lung cancer than non smokers. Smoking is more dangerous to women, with smoking causing prematurely wrinkled skin. It is much more dangerous for pregnant women. Extreme cases of smoking may cause miscarriages. If a woman continues smoking during pregnancy, there are chances that the child may be exposed to passive smoking. One symptom of women smoking during pregnancy is underweight children.

Passive smoking is another increasing problem of interest among the common public. It occurs when the exhaled smoke from a smoker’s cigarette is inhaled by other people around the smoker. Cigarette smoke contains tar, which is known to be more dangerous than the nicotine in the cigarettes.

CONSISTENCY WINS

Jay from the Middle States wants to help his 12 year old
daughter improve her tennis. He feels her consistency in
practice and matches is holding her back. First of all,
consistency is made up of two components, physical and mental. I
will cover each of these two components in two separate tips.
The physical part of consistency comes from repeated hitting of
certain strokes until a certain level of satisfaction takes
place. Repetitive hitting at targets on the court can do this.
Pros refer to this type of physical practice as “grooving a
stroke”. Remember consistency follows repetition. Consistency
for this example is repeating the same stroke, with the same
finish, the same spin, and the same ball trajectory, landing in
the same area. I find that smaller targets develop better
concentration. For example, cones placed in a square in an area
of the court. For consistent groundstrokes, I like to have
students rally within the lines of the doubles alley. These
kinds of targets allow for different ball heights and speed or
power. Targets that make noise or light up when hit are
excellent motivators. I grew up hitting at the local Community
College’s cement racquetball courts when it rained. There was a
4 x 8 inch window hole in the door to see into the court. I
would go to the front wall and practice hitting shots aimed at
that tiny opening. Proper form or technique wasn’t my goal; my
goal was to be able to find that small target over and over
again. Air targets are even better for consistency. Air targets
are placed near the net so the ball must pass through a desired
area. Usually made of PVC pipe, these targets help the player to
practice control of the ball height and power required to be
able to hit through the target. Other examples I’ve used are to
place a mini-net near the opposite service line. This helps the
player see the amount of height and depth needed to achieve the
target area. Some coaches will cover the net to make it look
like a solid wall causing players to get more net clearance.
Another area about the physical aspect of consistency is
relaxation. The ability to hit a ball consistently in the same
place while under pressure is the mark of a champion. Players
should always exhale when hitting a tennis ball. Try a longer
exhale while hitting by saying the word “yessss” as contact is
made. Breath control helps maintain a relaxed state in which the
body can freely do its job. If choking is considered tightening
up, then breathing should be considered loosening up. Practice
doesn’t make perfect, perfect practice makes perfect! Remember,
repetition is boring but necessary, so make it fun and watch the
improvement.

Most hosting companies are tech savvy enough to provide adequate support to their customers, sure enough. However, the quality and warm service here faces a set back. It is true that answering support requests through a ticket desk or email absorb a generous portion of a host’s daily activity. This may be time consuming and may cause the companies to neglect this area of service.

However, quality customer support can be a newer web host’s weapon when competing with the larger web hosts who may own several dedicated servers or perhaps even their own data center. Quality customer support is the trump card you have complete control over to set yourself apart from the competition. As a matter of fact, some larger companies lack in this area simply because their clients’ numbers are too large.

How does one accomplish this? It’s actually quite simple but requires a stern dedication to satisfying the client.

Fast and complete answers to customer’s queries.

Tickets and support requests should never be one line or one-word answers. Many times this will require your client to resubmit their ticket and cause both frustrations for them and loss of time for you. If the ticket is answered correctly the first time, then the problem is solved that much faster and efficiently…and this is what clients want. They want fast responses and complete answers to their queries. Do not belittle their request with standard one line jargon.

Make the customer feel important.

Always thank the client for submitting a request to support or sales. Open each response to a ticket or sales inquiry with, “thank you for contacting us.” And then go on to answer the request…accurately.
Always end your answer with “Thanks for writing in. Please contact us if we can help you further.” This makes an unforgettable first impression on the client.

Advance Notice of in case of Downtime.

Never fail to inform your clients of scheduled downtime. They will appreciate it. The irritable feeling one gets when they log on to their site and get that dreaded white page is a very powerful deterrent to NOT use a particular host’s service. When your server is down, be the first to let them know. Have a mailing list of your clients’ off server contact emails for a quick email blast informing them of any issues.
Fast Response.

Ability to answer a customer’s question is very important. But to answer their queries with professionalism, politeness and resolution is just as important and often overlooked in web hosting industry.

Did you ever plan that fishing trip to the big lake, then when you got there you realized you had no idea where to start fishing? Too much ground to cover, right? Let’s break it down a bit to simplify it.

The first thing you want to look for is cover; something that ‘looks’ like a good place for a bass to hide. Depending on the time of day, they will probably be there.

Quite often, you will see stumps and reeds sticking up out of the water. These are easy and obvious spots to fish, and you should definitely fish them. But you also want to look for something that is not always so obvious: grass.

Sometimes you will see grass sticking up near the shore line, and it may extend out from the bank several feet, maybe even many yards. You want to fish these areas very thoroughly early in the morning and in the evening. Also, fish these areas as well on cloud covered days and cooler days when the bass may stay shallow.

Don’t pull your boat in at a high speed, just get close enough where you can drift in or use a trolling motor to quietly work your way to the cover. It’s very easy to spook fish in grass near the shore.

Be sure to look in the water around you and under you to see how far out the grass extends. You will likely find some other vegetation, like hydrilla, which is a good place for bass to hide. These areas need to be fished thoroughly.

As the day goes on, the fish will usually start moving away from the shore to deeper waters. If the grass and hydrilla extend out quite a way from the bank, start backing away from the bank in search of the bass that are moving to deeper water.

Don’t get in a hurry. Use a good weedless lure and work it very, very slowly through the grass. Painfully slow. I suggest you use plastics that will sink slowly. This way you can come across the top of the grass slowly, and the bait will fall into holes in the vegetation. When this happens, hold on tight.

Let the bait sink and don’t move it for 10 or 15 seconds, or more. Then, when you do move it, just twitch it a little by jiggling the tip of your rod. The idea here is that you are trying to get your lure to imitate an injured bait fish. This is a deadly action that will entice even the most stubborn bass.

You can also fish the edge of the grass with other lures that are not so weedless, as long as you be careful not to cast the lure into the grass. This will only frustrate you with hang ups and lost lures. For this, I would recommend spinnerbaits and crankbaits.

So, next time you go the that ‘big’ lake, try this method as a starting point. It should help you get on the bass quickly and make for a much more enjoyable trip.

But the most important input for building a shed is time and patience.

The preliminary step for shed building is marking the site. Care should be taken that a perfect square (or rectangle) is outlined on the ground. This can be checked by measuring the diagonals and verifying if they are equal in length. Sheds don’t need very strong foundations; a simple layer of concrete would do. But if the ground is prone to be frozen in winter, then the concrete foundation must be thinner. Also, there must be some attachment of the shed with the ground, or else a gust of heavy wind might just knock the shed down.

Next step is the erection of the framework. The framework must be accurate and carefully checked for horizontality and verticality. Readymade frames are available that can be fixed with screws. Once the framework is in place, the siding boards are placed. The most demanding aspect of shed building is erecting a perfect perpendicularly aligned frame. Doors and windows are erected at desired places and are fixed with hinges and screws. The final step is the attaching of the roof. A flat or a sloping roof is easier to attach than a shingled roof.

Sheds can be then painted in chosen colors to complete their look. For a touch of aesthetics, there are several creepers and trellises that may be grown on the walls and windows. Once a shed is built, the decoration and external appearance of the shed can be done in various creative ways.

Do you know that formaldehyde, a colorless, pungent-smelling gas can cause severe health effects to us? Sources of formaldehyde are:-

- environmental tobacco smoke and combustion sources (burning wood, kerosene and automobiles)

- preservatives in some paints, cosmetics and coating

- finish used to coat paper products

- pressed wood products and furniture made with these pressed wood products

Since different plants absorb different pollutants, it will be a good idea to mix a minimum of two plants per 100 square feet of floor space. Of course, there are no harms in having more (not in bedroom though, you will need the oxygen at night!) as long as you know where to place them.
